These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Sheriff’s Electrical LTD. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
All work quotes and service agreements will be confirmed in writing (email or physical document). The final price may be subject to change if additional work or materials are required, with your prior approval.
Payment terms will be specified in the final invoice. For larger projects, a deposit may be required before work commences. Failure to make payments within the specified timeframe may result in service interruption or legal action.
We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of completion, excluding damages caused by external factors, misuse, or repairs performed by third parties. Materials are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
Sheriff’s Electrical LTD is fully insured. Our liability is limited to the value of the works performed, subject to UK law and the terms of our insurance policy.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover travel and scheduling costs.
